This page explains how to delete your account in Flowzao, the app published by Basalticware, Lda. for iOS, Android and the web. You can delete your account yourself in the app or on the web, or ask us to do it by email. You do not need to have the app installed to ask by email.
Open the Flowzao app and sign in. Go to Profile > Settings, scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted and the app signs you out.
Sign in at app.flowzao.com and open Profile > Danger zone (app.flowzao.com/profile/danger). Choose Delete account. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
Send an email to hello@basalticware.com from the email address of your Flowzao account, asking us to delete the account. If you write from another address, we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we act.
Your account is marked as deleted and you are signed out. This cannot be undone from the app.
If you are the owner of an organization, that organization and its ecosystems are deleted too, and its subscription is ended. Its members lose access to them. If you want the organization to continue, transfer its ownership to another member in the web app (organization settings, Transfer ownership) before deleting your account.
If you signed in with Apple, we ask Apple to revoke the tokens that give Flowzao access to your Apple ID. This happens automatically shortly after the deletion and is retried if Apple is unavailable.
Your personal data is then removed according to our privacy policy.
Copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time, and billing records and invoices are kept as required by Portuguese tax law, as described in the privacy policy.
Tickets, comments, photos, intervention records and signatures you added to an organization you do not own are part of that organization's records. That organization is the controller of this content and decides whether to keep it, so it may remain available to the organization. If you want any of it removed, contact that organization's administrator. You can also write to us and we will pass your request on.
